We would like you to know Shuttlewagon has well-established plans to ensure production, nationwide sales, parts, and service capabilities are maintained throughout any disruptions. We are committed to doing everything we can to help our customers and employees. We are following the CDC safety guidelines and taking precautions to reduce the spread of the virus while continuing production and offering parts and service support.
Parts – Our ability to source and ship parts remains healthy. We source as many products as we can within the United States and will ship parts directly to your facility the same day in most cases.
Service – Our team is intent on staying within compliance with CDC guidelines.
We have created the Invisible Hands Program that details our personnel’s arrival and working procedures (CLICK HERE for details on the Invisible Hands Program). To keep up with service demand, our nationwide field services team will prioritize emergency calls and will delay preventive maintenance on existing units until after emergency calls are resolved.
Our team can pick up your equipment and repair in our facility. We will offer a heavily discounted rental rate while repairs are made if needed.
Rental – Shuttlewagon offers a nationwide fleet. Rental units are available for deployment as long as local conditions allow our shipping trucks to deliver equipment.
Sales – We are maintaining limited manufacturing to provide new railcar movers for immediate deployment. Shuttlewagon also offers low-hour, factory-certified units for sale, in addition to new machines. Our sales team is also prepared to offer a virtual track survey, practicing social distancing during this time.
Once conditions have improved, we recognize the need to support an increase in volume. Shuttlewagon is working closely with our partners and suppliers to ensure that we are positioned to respond. We will be reaching out to customers regularly to offer any additional assistance they may need. We will provide additional updates as developments occur.
